June 19, 2024: The twenty-fourth edition of the Modena Cento Ore 2024 opens with the novelty of a double appointment in Romagna, which will undoubtedly entice speed and spectacle enthusiasts. On Monday, October 7, after three challenging special stages leading competitors to Tuscany and Umbria, there will be a free practice session followed by qualifying and the first night race at Misano World Circuit. This experience, first introduced in 2021, was well-received by participants and spectators alike and represents another opportunity to experience unforgettable emotions in true Modena Cento Ore style.
The following day, the cars will again take to the track at Misano, both in the Competition and Regularity sections, for the second circuit race. This time, the starting grid will not be determined by qualifying but by the overall standings from the first day’s combined times. The repetition of the race is a novelty and, at the same time, a challenge within a challenge, as the different light and grip conditions create such variations that allow for two completely different rounds.
The 4,226 meters of the circuit dedicated to the champion from Cattolica, the venue of unforgettable duels on two and four wheels and a reference point for MotoGP, the World Superbike Championship, and a long series of exceptional automotive events, with its famous curves of Tramonto, Carro, and Quercia, thus become the ideal scenario for the inaugural challenge of the event that attracts passionate drivers from all over the world.
